V červenci 2022 se zúčastnila chovatelka Zoo Olomouc Monika Davidová týdenní odborné stáže na úseku ptáků v Zoo Plzeň. Zde se díky pracovníkům tamější zoo měla možnost seznámit s novými metodami práce, i druhy ptáků v Zoo Olomouc nechovanými.
